Return Policy

The "Final Sale" Standard At Sacred Seven Threads, every garment is custom-finished to order. Because of the specialized nature of our Snow-Wash process and custom printing, all sales are final. Once an order enters our 21-day production cycle, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We stand by the quality of our threads. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole, a significant printing error, or the wrong size/design delivered), we will replace it at no cost to you.

• Timeframe: You must notify us at support@sacredseventhreads.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Sizing & Fit: Because we do not keep a massive warehouse of backstock, we cannot offer exchanges or returns for sizing errors. Please consult our Size Guide [Link to Size Guide] and the "Founder’s Fit" notes before completing your purchase.
